What's YOUR STR Investing Style?

Since I started coaching in the short-term rental industry 3+ years ago, overtime I developed a sense of the steps needed to achieve certain goals over time. I spend so much time talking with others in the industry about their specific goals and realized I had developed a short-hand for identifying the general roapmap that individuals needed to efficiently and effectively achieve their goals based on a few different types of goals.

I also realized that a lot of folks don't necessarily recognize this diversity exists, although without question I see folks butting heads about it on social media on occasion about how to handle a specific situation or how to best achieve the goal of a successful short-term rental (which, in fact, is the one goal we all agree on even if we all go about it differently).  I mean - when one person is all about ROI and the other is all about lifestyle - of course opinions will differ.

Every investor is unique, with distinct motivations and personal goals. Some dream of turning STRs into a wealth-accumulating machine, while others seek consistent cash flow. Others yet long for a dream lifestyle facilitated by savvy property choices. No matter the aspirations, understanding your unique investment style is the secret sauce to making the most of your STR adventure.

That's why I took the step to formalize the personas as I had come to understand them and want to share them with others; every time I discuss them people have been enthralled to realize how much diversity there is even as we all have the goal of success in short-term rentals. So I gave the various personas I had come to understand names and have roadmaps for each one. They are 🔥 The Chairman, The Industrialist, The Entrepreneur, The Lifestylist, and The Strategist.🔥 Each one represents a distinct investment style, mirroring real-life approaches that I've seen succeed in the world of STRs.
