14-Day Conditional Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the program, you can request a full refund within the first 14 days of enrolling in the Bootcamp. Please note, an administrative processing fee of 10% will apply on any refunds issued. Partial refunds may be considered up to 45 days from enrollment, at no more than 50% of the course fee paid.

If you are not completely satisfied with the coaching program, you can request a full refund within the first 14 days of enrollment into the Concierge Coaching Program provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the digital content. Please note, administrative processing fee's may be retained up to 10% of your purchase price when granting a refund request. This policy allows you to gauge the value and fit of the program, while ensuring the digital content is adequately protected.
No Refunds after 14 days or excessive digital content access. No refunds will be issued after the inital 14 days, or if more than 20% of the digital content has been accessed (whichever comes first), no refunds will be issued. This policy reflects the value and immediately accessible digital content and coaching services.
Due to the nature of digital content - immediately accessible and consumable, all sales on digital content are final. These items are non-refundable once purchased and delivered. Please make sure you are committed prior to purchasing.
All consulting services are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated. Any language in the services agreement takes precedence over this general policy.
Unless otherwise indicated, all other services are non-refundable. A one-time allowance to reschedule an appointment with 24 hours notice is generally allowed unless specifically addressed otherwise
