Terms and Conditions
In electing to purchase these services, Client and The CEO Host are in agreement to the following terms and conditions.
1. Refunds. If Client decides not to continue with the program after purchase, 30% of the total program cost is non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase. The remaining balance is prorated to the unused portion. If The CEO Host is unable to continue the engagement, the full fee minus the prorated amount will be refunded. A refund during the first 48 hours will be granted in full, minus a 3% processing fee.
2. Termination. This engagement may be terminated by either Party by providing written notice to the other Party, subject to the terms within.
3. Confidentiality. Both parties will maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the Coaching Engagement. Client agrees that any materials provided by Consultant as part of this engagement are property of the consultant and are provided on a license basis for the duration of this agreement only. Any unauthorized use of these materials beyond the scope of the engagement will be considered a breach of these terms.
4. Limitations of Liability. The CEO Host shall not be liable to the Client or any third-party for any loss or damage which may occur as a result of using the services provided, except in the event of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. In no event shall Consultant be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consquential or punitive damages, loss of profit, revenue, or other loss incurred by Client or third-party barring intentional misconduct or gross negligence on part of The CEO Host.
5. Mutual Respect for Time. After (1) such incident, The CEO Host is not obligated to reschedule any further meetings which Client no-shows or does not give at least 12 hours notice of cancellation.Services not used during the engagement may be used during a grace period at The CEO Hosts discretion.
A copy of these terms and conditions will be emailed to Client on completion of purchase.
