Not STR specific, but I started - and still listen occasionally, to Bigger Pockets which has a lot of content for STR; and is how I learned about Real Estate Investing in general as I was sorting through what I wanted to do. Literally hundreds of hours of content - its all I listened to for months!

STR Data lab is for data-nerds! But even if you aren't a data nerd, this podcast from AirDNA shares the big picture of the STR industry, and highlights players doing it well.

Vacation Rental Successis perhaps the oldest podcast in the industry! I've worked with Heather Bayer a couple of times (including being on her podcast talking AI) and her podcast - focused more on PM, offers a bit for everybody

The Boostly Podcast is in my rotations because Mark Simpson is a rockstar full of insights and advice to make my business more successful - slightly more advanced topics than for a beginner, but put this one in your rotation.


I'll admit, there are tons of Podcasts out there that I haven't even tried, including some from folks whose groups I spend time in!  I tend to do audiobooks moreso these days.  So there are plenty more out there that may work for you!
