Do You Source Properties?
Concierge Coaching Clients can expect support in their work to find a property and ideas of markets to consider based on their goals, but I do not offer deal sourcing except for within my STR Concierge Launch program- a selective engagement for time-strapped investors who want a capable partner from search to first booking. This high-touch service is very limited; each Launch engagement is individually scoped per client.
Can you help with my short-term rental tax strategy?
The tax benefits of short-term rental investing can be substantial; while I'm neither a CPA nor lawyer, I've worked with enough clients who have - and have also myself, leveraged many tax benefits including str bonus depreciation, cost segregation, and the short-term rental loophole. While I am not a replacement for working with a tax professional, I have extensive experience and resources to aide you in identifying your strategy - and navigating working with a CPA to deploy it.
